I couldn’t be prouder of my daughter Rachel. She’s worked for years to make her dream come true.

Rachel worked as a neonatal ICU nurse for several years and scraped together every bit of knowledge and skill she could access.

When Rachel had an extremely ill child, she’d take the parents aside and tell them, “I want you to know, I love your child, and I’m going to take good care of them.”

I can’t imagine how comforted those parents must have felt to know their child was loved by their nurse.

Rachel has now completed more than 60 flights during her six-month orientation and is a full-fledged Neonatal Transport Nurse with LifeFlight.
