Love Period
“I love you” shouldn’t be followed by words like but, if, when, because, or except.
“I love you” should be followed by a period.
Don’t say, “I love you, but when you . . .”
Say instead, “I love you. I feel bad when you . . . but I still love you.”
Don’t say, “I love you because . . .”
Say instead, “I love you. I feel good when you . . .
When we drop the diminishing qualifiers that limit our love, we’ll experience undiminished, unqualified, limitless love.
Say, “I love you.” Period.
